Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients in a variety of employment and labor claims.
- Work collaboratively with fellow attorneys and partners on various legal projects.
- Conduct regular court appearances and depositions.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing frequent case updates.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in Texas.
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Proficiency in general liability and employment law matters, including single plaintiff and class/representative action cases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in legal project management is advantageous.
- Trial experience is considered a valuable asset.
- A proven track record of effectively managing multiple cases.
- Strong understanding of employment and labor law.
- Demonstrated success in client representation and case management.
