Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support through a call center, utilizing tools such as Salesforce for customer engagement.
- Provide comprehensive technical guidance on refrigeration and AC systems, conducting both in-person and remote training sessions, including webinars and instructional videos.
- Create and maintain effective technical resources, including documentation and instructional content, to empower our customers.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge through ongoing training, research, and hands-on experience, positioning yourself as a product and application authority.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to support applications and collaborate with the internal sales team by providing technical insights.
- Diagnose and resolve complex refrigeration and AC issues, delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple customer inquiries and technical discussions concurrently.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process enhancements.
- Strong enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with previous experience being an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the capability to work with technical documentation and tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (approximately 5-15% travel required).
- Availability to provide after-hours support as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or Engineering Technology, or alternatively, 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
