In this role, you will manage a range of small to mid-sized projects from their initial stages through to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing all administrative and technical components of multiple projects.
- Creating comprehensive work plans and facilitating effective communication with project teams.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and scopes while estimating associated fees and monitoring financial outcomes.
- Organizing and leading project review sessions to evaluate progress and address critical milestones.
- Ensuring timely invoicing, billing, and management of accounts receivables.
