This role integrates advanced technical capabilities with strategic policy solutions, aimed at enhancing the organization’s overall security framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, resolve, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across both workstation and mobile platforms.
- Conduct thorough testing and support for critical applications and operating system updates to uncover security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard the security of applications, operating systems, and hardware.
- Design and implement secure user experiences tailored to business requirements.
- Coordinate and document solutions for identified vulnerabilities efficiently.
- Implement and maintain security benchmark standards, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments.
- Align security efforts with corporate standards and service level agreements (SLAs) through collaboration with various teams.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, MDM, SCCM, and GPOs.
- Familiarity with Windows 10⁄11, kiosks, and mobility environments (iOS, MacOS, Android).
- Knowledge of CVE vulnerability management, OS security, and third-party application security.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry certifications and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security engineering for desktop and mobile infrastructures within a large enterprise setting.
- Proven success in implementing security frameworks and benchmarks (STIG/NIST/CIS) while minimizing user impact.
