Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled trial attorney to enhance our thriving practice, focusing on plaintiff's personal injury, medical and nursing home negligence, wrongful death, defective products, and mass torts. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio (or eligible within the next six months), possess a minimum of five years of active legal practice, and have successfully completed at least one jury trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Formulate case strategies and oversee discovery processes.
• Conduct and defend depositions as part of a dedicated trial team.
