- Manage and litigate insurance defense cases, preparing and representing clients in trials
- Oversee all stages of cases from initial file assessment through to resolution
- Attend court as needed and represent our clients’ interests effectively
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Admission to the New York State Bar (New Jersey Bar admission is a plus)
- Demonstrated trial experience with a successful track record of obtaining verdicts
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Proven experience in trial settings with successful outcomes
