Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a skilled team to design and implement Next Generation Palo Alto Firewalls across approximately 400 locations.
- Engage in incident response activities and participate in on-call rotations to ensure security coverage after business hours and on weekends.
- Provide high-level escalation support and contribute to various initiatives within the security team.
- Extensive experience with Next Generation Firewalls, as well as a deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, WAN, and internet technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, demonstrating eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities while continuously expanding knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing intricate tasks and large-scale projects.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in firewall technologies, including at least 5 years specializing in Palo Alto products.
- A balanced expertise split evenly between engineering design/architecture and firewall management.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary: \(140,000 - \)155,000 (dependent on experience)
- Annual Bonus: Historically averages 31% of the base salary, along with 401K matching.
- Educational Benefits: \(4,000 educational credit for you; \)2,000 educational credit for your spouse and each child.
- Total Compensation: \(187,000 - \)213,000 (inclusive of salary, bonus, and educational credits).
