Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client development (sales) team to effectively communicate the value of our services from a practitioner’s viewpoint.
- Partner with client services and success teams to ensure clients achieve their enrollment targets through regular consultations and strategic support.
- Contribute to corporate marketing efforts by aiding in the development and delivery of thought leadership presentations, including webinars and conferences.
- Engage in consulting projects involving data analysis and the formulation of strategic enrollment management plans, offering both written and verbal recommendations.
- Superior written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with direct and digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Proven track record in developing strategic initiatives that successfully meet enrollment objectives.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years in a senior admissions or enrollment leadership role, with a total of 10-12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing to and recruiting undergraduate and transfer students across various educational platforms.
- Significant experience in presenting at national and regional professional conferences.
