Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion, which includes organizing kick-off meetings, managing timelines, and providing status updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the project’s lifecycle to ensure that established goals and objectives are met.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client communications, fully understanding their needs and relaying important feedback to internal teams.
- Analyze data for quality assurance, prepare project reports, and create materials for clients, such as scripts and website content.
- Work alongside Project Managers and operational teams to develop and refine business rules that enhance service delivery.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
- Manage and resolve complex tasks efficiently and effectively.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in direct client or customer interaction within a professional setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting a calm and professional demeanor.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
