We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Radiologic Technologist to join our esteemed team. This integral position involves delivering exceptional imaging services to our pediatric patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Assess patient needs and choose the most suitable imaging techniques.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding procedures and address any inquiries.
- Operate and manage imaging equipment to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members in their professional development.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
- A valid MA Radiologic Technologist license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care.
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
