Responsibilities
Actively participate in the technical support call center, assisting customers through Salesforce.
Deliver exceptional technical support for refrigeration products.
Conduct internal and external training sessions, including in-person and virtual courses.
Develop and maintain technical resources such as documents and instructional videos.
Stay up to date with industry trends by attending trainings and conducting research.
Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance when needed.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to support customer applications.
Assist with troubleshooting complex refrigeration and AC systems.
Be available for occasional after-hours emergency support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (5-15%).
