Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and registrar for continuing education seminars, coordinating both weekday and weekend events.
- Process registrations, payments, and course-related data across various formats, including in-person classes, webinars, and online courses.
- Set up and oversee program platforms, ensuring accuracy in data entry, course links, and lecture notes.
- Collaborate with instructors and Learning Management System (LMS) personnel to facilitate seamless program delivery.
- Assist with the administration of Continuing Education licensing applications and account management.
- Deliver exemplary service to healthcare professionals and staff, addressing inquiries promptly and guiding them in selecting suitable programs.
- Maintain precise program files and records.
- Host and moderate webinars while providing technical support to participants and instructors.
- Train staff and work-study students on relevant software and systems.
- Support the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Associate Director of Continuing Education or the Dean.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with online learning platforms and webinar technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
