Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a defense litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparations.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys and partners on various legal initiatives.
- Actively engage in court appearances and depositions.
- Provide clients with timely updates and strategic legal advice.
- Strong proficiency in deposition preparation, trial preparation, and motion practice.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Experience in handling paper discovery, depositions, and report drafting.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for professional liability experience.

- Salary Range: \(125,000—\)145,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
