Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of defense litigation from inception through to resolution, including dispositive motions, mediation, and trial.
- Collaborate and engage with fellow attorneys and partners across various legal initiatives.
- Participate actively in court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing strategic updates and advice throughout the legal process.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for client interaction and legal documentation.
- Strong capabilities in deposition and trial preparation, as well as motion practices.
- Experience in handling paper discovery, depositions, and report writing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in professional liability.

- Salary Range: \(125,000—\)145,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
