Join our dedicated Business Services Team as a Client Success Specialist, where your passion for early childhood education can transform the lives of children and enhance childcare programs. This remote role empowers you to provide exceptional support to childcare program directors, key staff, and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to early childcare programs, effectively addressing product and service inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for childcare program directors and staff, utilizing both online platforms and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate in creating and maintaining impactful training content to facilitate learning for clients.
  • Play a vital role in client retention by onboarding new clients and guiding them through the implementation processes.
  • Maintain precise records and generate insightful reports within various databases.
  • Foster and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable feedback and support.
  • Ensure compliance with project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver technology updates and uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Document client interactions and support activities using CRM systems.
  • Provide translation assistance as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to contribute to the team’s overall success.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
  • Technologically adept, quickly learning new software and demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful problem solver, committed to delivering results and adapting to evolving challenges.
  • Proficient in collaborative communication, influencing teams across functions.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is an asset but not mandatory.
