Job Overview

Join our dedicated Business Services Team as a Client Success Specialist and play a vital role in enhancing early childcare programs and positively impacting the lives of children. In this remote position, you will deliver exceptional support to childcare programs, directors, key staff, and various stakeholders by addressing inquiries, offering innovative solutions, and providing comprehensive training on our web-based software systems and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to early childcare programs, both remotely and in-person, addressing product and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for childcare program directors and staff through webinars and instructor-led formats.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective training materials for both in-person and online sessions.
  • Support client retention efforts by guiding new clients through onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Accurately maintain records and generate reports within various reporting databases.
  • Build and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by consistently providing feedback and support.
  • Ensure compliance with project goals, policies, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technology updates and ensure quality assurance.
  • Track client interactions and support efforts utilizing CRM tools.
  • Assist with translations when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to overall success.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: A keen focus on accuracy and results.
  • Tech Savvy: Quick to learn new software systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cloud-based applications and CRM tools.
  • Strong Time-Management Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A resourceful thinker who is adaptable to change and committed to delivering results.
  • Collaborative Communication: Capable of cross-functional communication and influencing team dynamics.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
