Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to early childcare programs, both remotely and in-person, addressing product and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for childcare program directors and staff through webinars and instructor-led formats.
- Assist in developing and maintaining effective training materials for both in-person and online sessions.
- Support client retention efforts by guiding new clients through onboarding and implementation processes.
- Accurately maintain records and generate reports within various reporting databases.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by consistently providing feedback and support.
- Ensure compliance with project goals, policies, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technology updates and ensure quality assurance.
- Track client interactions and support efforts utilizing CRM tools.
- Assist with translations when necessary.

- Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
