We are in search of a highly skilled Project Manager with a robust background in HR system implementations to spearhead the deployment of the Workday Adaptive Planning Module. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and uphold a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning Module over a 10-16 week timeline.
  • Identify critical milestones, tasks, and deadlines to monitor progress and ensure timely project completion.
  • Engage with all pertinent stakeholders, both internal and external, to guarantee active participation in meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring discussions are focused and productive, while documenting key outcomes and responsibilities.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and collaborate with stakeholders to devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Summarize project progress post-milestones and align stakeholders on subsequent action items and deadlines.
  • Document additional requirements or enhancements identified during the implementation phase for future reference.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review upon project completion to capture insights and refine processes for future initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with an emphasis on HR systems implementation, particularly Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational competencies, coupled with an acute attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in facilitating meetings and documenting key action items.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Familiarity with risk management techniques and the ability to develop strategies to maintain project trajectory.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.
  • Capacity to document evolving project requirements and enhancements accurately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
