Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the post-purchase customer experience, ensuring that users can effortlessly manage prescriptions, monitor health progress, and access essential resources via our application.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience for customers throughout their health journey.
- Spearhead the product experience for new offerings, guaranteeing seamless integration of the app with new products, including prescriptions and lab tests.
- Act as the customer advocate by utilizing data and feedback to enhance retention and overall satisfaction.
