Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming inquiries and prospect calls via web chats and call centers.
• Conduct follow-ups on missed calls and after-hours inquiries.
• Utilize diverse communication methods (text, email, phone) to connect with prospective sellers.
• Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants to facilitate the sales process.
• Audit leads to ensure thorough follow-up and management.
• Allocate leads not automatically assigned to Real Estate Consultants.
• Manage and follow up on aged leads to sustain sales momentum.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
• Proven experience in lead follow-up and qualification.
• Previous interaction with homeowners or consumers is advantageous.
• Familiarity with real estate principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
