- Respond to inbound inquiries and calls from web chat and call centers
- Proactively follow up on missed calls and after-hours inquiries
- Employ various communication methods, including text messages, emails, and phone calls, to engage prospective sellers
- Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants to advance the sales process
- Conduct audits on leads to guarantee proper follow-up
- Allocate leads that are not automatically assigned to Real Estate Consultants
- Reconnect with aged leads to rekindle interest
- Provide general sales assistance as needed
- A minimum of 2 years in a high-volume inbound/outbound call setting
- Proven experience in lead follow-up and qualification processes
- Familiarity with consumer/homeowner engagement is preferred
- Background in real estate is advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
