- Oversee the comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure clients are set up for success.
- Lead engaging virtual sessions to familiarize clients with our proven success framework.
- Manage an extensive portfolio of accounts, focusing on client retention and performance growth.
- Conduct regular progress assessments through quarterly reviews and monthly updates.
- Identify and advocate for client needs while promoting the use of proprietary tools.
- Collaborate with both regional and global colleagues to share effective practices and insights.
- Travel as necessary to strengthen client relationships and provide additional support.
- Proven experience in customer success and account management within a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent presentation skills that resonate with diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.

- Base Salary: \(60,000 - \)70,000, plus an uncapped incentive plan averaging $15,000 annually.
