Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of security frameworks to protect client networks.
• Configure and monitor security tools to identify and respond to potential threats.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve security alerts.
• Identify hardware at the end of its lifecycle and suggest appropriate risk mitigation solutions.
• Address configuration challenges and escalate more complex issues to relevant teams.
• Evaluate business risks, articulate their implications, and present clear security value propositions to stakeholders and clients.
• Cultivate robust client relationships and promote a security-first mindset across all engagements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated passion for technology and cybersecurity.
• Experience with the NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Familiarity with compliance protocols is advantageous.
• Proficient in Windows Server Active Directory and Group Policy configuration.
• Competent in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of routers, switches, and firewalls (certifications preferred).
• Knowledgeable in server virtualization technologies, including VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Expertise in Backup/Recovery and High Availability systems.
• Skilled in using MS PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of 1 year of cybersecurity experience, particularly with the NIST cybersecurity framework.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience with Windows Server Active Directory and Group Policy configuration.
