- Develop and maintain sophisticated data models, including entity relationship diagrams, utilizing tools such as Erwin Data Modeler and LucidCharts.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement data solutions tailored to meet complex organizational needs, encompassing data integration, warehousing, and governance.
- Keep informed about the latest advancements in data modeling techniques, technologies, and industry standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on data modeling best practices.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, including entity relationship modeling and dimensional modeling.
- A solid 8 years of experience in data architecture roles, with expertise in data governance and integration.
- Proficient in using data modeling tools, specifically Erwin Data Modeler and LucidCharts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude to address complex business challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
