Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of a premier buyer-facing experience on our website and mobile applications, specifically tailored for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Drive a seamless and sophisticated buyer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects the luxury standards expected by our clientele.
  • Apply your expertise in SEO and growth strategies to optimize site content and architecture, increasing organic traffic and enhancing our brand visibility.
  • Innovate and refine product features and experiences to engage affluent buyers effectively, ensuring a remarkable journey from discovery to purchase.
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing key performance indicators that guide the product roadmap and inform strategic enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and development, sales, and marketing, to deliver outstanding product solutions.

Required Skills

  • A proven history of managing the end-to-end buyer experience and driving lead conversions in luxury markets through effective SEO and growth strategies.
  • Strong ability to elevate product offerings to meet high standards for affluent clientele while focusing on conversion rates.
  • In-depth knowledge of conversion optimization and engagement strategies tailored for a luxury audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment with a commitment to customer experience.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in consumer product development, with specific expertise in product management or software engineering.

The starting salary for this position is $165,000, along with equity options.
