Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote monitoring and support for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and assist in the management of acute illnesses.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the establishment of best practices in eICU care.
- Provide mentorship and support to bedside nurses in managing critically ill patients.
- Strong communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
