Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide remote support for critically ill patients.
- Work in synergy with bedside nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond promptly to patient changes and assist with acute illness management.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and help develop best practices for eICU care.
- Mentor and guide bedside nurses in delivering care to critically ill patients.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in remote patient monitoring and virtual care techniques.
- Capability to effectively collaborate with nursing and medical staff.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting fellow nursing professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin or a compact state.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification.
- ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
