Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote monitoring and support to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate closely with bedside nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute situations.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and help shape best practices within eICU care.
- Mentor and provide support to bedside nurses in their care of critically ill patients.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin or a compact state.
