Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support a multi-tenant environment, encompassing both cloud-based and on-premises systems, in collaboration with our 24⁄7 NOC/SOC operations.
- Deliver outstanding support to our managed clients, quickly troubleshooting and addressing service-impacting issues.
- Implement requested modifications, document procedures, and adapt the existing environment as necessary.
- Uphold compliance with network security best practices.
- Strong networking expertise with a comprehensive understanding of network topology and diagrams.
- Proficient in network protocols such as TCP, UDP, ICMP, as well as technologies including HTTP/S, SSH, and Telnet.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities for networking issues, covering routing, access, and firewall configurations.
- Familiar with tools like nmap, tcpdump, and log analysis for packet/session assessment.
- Knowledge of network ACLs and load balancers, along with familiarity in enterprise technologies (WAF, network IDS/IPS).
- Solid command of Linux CLI.
- Experience with threat detection tools based on packet analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and effectively within a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
