- Administer and support a multi-tenant network environment, integrating both cloud and on-premises solutions while engaging with our 24⁄7 NOC/SOC teams.
- Deliver exceptional service to our clientele by diagnosing and resolving critical service-related issues efficiently.
- Implement requested configurations, document procedures, and ensure modifications to the network environment are executed effectively.
- Uphold and enforce network security protocols and best practices.
- Strong foundation in networking principles, with a comprehensive understanding of network topology and architecture.
- Proficient in relevant network protocols such as TCP, UDP, ICMP, alongside technologies like HTTP/S, SSH, and Telnet.
- Superior troubleshooting capabilities for network-related challenges, including routing, access, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as nmap, tcpdump, and log analysis for in-depth packet/session examination.
- Knowledge of network ACLs, load balancers, and additional enterprise technologies including WAF and network IDS/IPS.
- Proficient in Linux command line interface (CLI).
- Experience with tools focused on threat detection based on packet analysis.
