Key Responsibilities
- Develop standard and ad-hoc financial utilization reports, ensuring clarity in translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Conduct trend analysis on financial healthcare data, identifying opportunities for improvement and variances that aid strategic decision-making.
- Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases, crafting comprehensive analytical reports.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Healthcare Informatics departments, effectively communicating requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

- Minimum of three (3) years of financial or data analysis experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and Access (or equivalent databases) for data manipulation is essential.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution is necessary.
