- Manage and oversee the detailed phases of assigned projects, ensuring they align with client specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with senior Project Managers to effectively manage client expectations and achieve successful project outcomes.
- Serve as the Engineer of Record, delivering expertise and oversight as required.
- Make informed design recommendations and modifications while conducting calculations and analyses to uphold engineering integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and communication to articulate project progress and findings.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, equipping them to navigate engineering challenges.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with current and former clients, enhancing client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Engage proactively in project marketing activities, including client meetings, proposal preparation, and presentation delivery.
- Spearhead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and managing pursuit budgets to secure new projects.
- Strong project management capabilities, particularly in highway PD&E.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically within highway PD&E (Planning, Design, and Environmental).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
