Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a broad spectrum of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment of IT services with the organization's strategic goals.
- Engage with internal and external teams to grasp evolving business requirements, particularly in the End User Services (EUS) domain.
- Develop and maintain real-time security reporting systems to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Remain informed about the latest trends in information security, integrating innovative approaches to meet security objectives.
- Supervise critical monitoring functions for applications and infrastructure services to guarantee consistent and reliable operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) to address significant security alerts and incidents.
- Coordinate operational responses among IT divisions, facilitating prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Enhance IT services associated with End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Service Desk to improve user satisfaction.
- Streamline request processes across IT sectors, thereby optimizing integration and service delivery.
- Communicate a clear and ambitious vision for the team, ensuring alignment within the Infrastructure and Operations divisions and with external partners.
- Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring accountability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create and monitor performance metrics with service providers to assess the impact of service delivery on business objectives.
- Work alongside the Vendor Management Office to ensure vendors meet performance expectations and manage monthly payment processes.
- Oversee asset inventory and manage the internal budget for desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
- Identify and implement process improvements while refining existing SLAs to boost vendor service delivery.
- Lead and manage projects including resources, scope, budgets, timelines, and comprehensive project plans.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices, offering strategic recommendations for the operation of EUS, NOC, and the Service Desk.
- Represent the IT department in senior executive meetings, shaping strategic direction and aligning IT services with overarching business goals.
- Strong project management expertise with a focus on IT infrastructure security.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Proven ability to manage service provider relationships and enforce SLAs.
- Strategic thinking ability with a vision for aligning technology with business objectives.
- Familiarity with compliance and security reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years specifically in IT Infrastructure and Operations; or
- Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
