- Deliver direct clinical services to individuals with diverse mental health needs.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide continuous support.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Advocate for client needs and facilitate connections to community resources.
- Engage in case reviews and team meetings to promote best practices.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice through active participation.
- Mastery of clinical skills with a keen understanding of mental health diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation capabilities.
- High ethical standards and professional judgment.
- A genuine passion for aiding others and making a positive community impact.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Current or eligible for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).

- Competitive salary ranging from \(65,000 to \)91,848 annually, plus incentives.
- Exceptional benefits package including:
