Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including social workers, physicians, and community organizations.
- Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with essential resources.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Current or eligibility for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).
- Strong clinical skills and experience with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for assisting others and positively impacting the community.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current or eligible for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).
- Experience working with diverse populations in a mental health context is preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
