Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy, counseling, and supportive services to clients.
- Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals.
- Advocate for clients, ensuring they are connected with vital resources.
- Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Current or eligibility for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).
- Strong clinical competencies and a background in serving diverse populations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine commitment to assisting others and fostering community well-being.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Licensure in Alaska or eligibility for obtaining licensure.
- Relevant clinical experience, preferably in a mental health environment.
