Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy, counseling, and support services to clients.

- Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Current or eligibility for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).
- Robust clinical skills with experience in working with diverse populations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proven clinical expertise and experience in engaging with individuals facing mental health issues.
