Job Overview

We are in search of empathetic and skilled Mental Health Clinicians (Level I & II) to become integral members of our expanding team based in Fairbanks, Wasilla, and Anchorage, AK. This position presents a unique opportunity to influence the lives of individuals grappling with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy, counseling, and supportive services to clients.
• Collaborate with fellow professionals, including social workers, physicians, and community organizations.
• Advocate for the needs of clients and assist them in accessing essential resources.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related discipline.
• Current or eligibility for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).
• Proficient clinical skills with experience serving diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Genuine passion for supporting individuals and fostering positive community impact.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Must possess or be eligible for licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.).
• Experience in mental health settings, preferably with diverse populations.
