Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage comprehensive civil aviation projects from inception to completion.
- Formulate and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and surpassing project expectations.
- Act as the Engineer of Record, ensuring the integrity and safety of all design outputs.
- Engage in business development by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal activities.
- Mentor junior engineers, contributing to their professional growth and development.
- 5 years of pertinent experience in civil aviation engineering, including managing projects of varying scales.
- Profound understanding of airport design principles and regulations, such as FAA and TSA requirements.
- Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
