Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of all phases of civil aviation projects, ensuring comprehensive management from initial planning and design through to construction support.
- Formulate and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and financial targets.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, prioritizing their satisfaction and consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Operate as the Engineer of Record, ensuring high standards of quality and safety in all design outputs.
- Engage in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and actively participating in proposal processes.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil aviation engineering, with a proven track record in managing projects of varying scales.
- A thorough understanding of airport design principles and regulations, including compliance with FAA and TSA standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with pavement design and familiarity with FAAR Field Design Software is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
