Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of civil aviation projects, from preliminary planning through to construction oversight.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and financial forecasts to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, consistently ensuring client satisfaction and surpassing project expectations.
- Act as the Engineer of Record, guaranteeing the integrity and safety of all design outputs.
- Engage in business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal efforts.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, facilitating their professional growth and development.
- A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in civil aviation engineering, with a proven ability to manage projects of varying scales.

- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
- Deep knowledge of airport design standards and regulations, encompassing FAA and TSA guidelines.
- Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software is advantageous.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) is mandatory.
