Key Responsibilities

• Software Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and sustain intricate software applications integral to a critical Line of Business (LOB) system.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving: Partner with Business Analysts to grasp user requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide support for and enhance web and batch processing applications, assisting fellow developers, analysts, and database administrators.
• Quality Assurance: Analyze and rectify production issues to ensure seamless operation of essential business applications.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on best practices in .NET development, database management, and enterprise application support.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior .NET Developer capacity.
• Proficient in Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and SQL Server Management.
• Strong command of VB.NET and a solid foundation in enterprise application development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in health insurance processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with batch processing related to correspondence and agency communications is advantageous.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in .NET development and enterprise application management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: \(45-\)50 (hourly pay, weekly pay)
