Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop innovative algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation.
- Exhibit proficiency in Python and C , demonstrating strong software design and architectural capabilities.
- Create proof-of-concept tools for signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation utilizing Python.
- Improve existing Python-based tools employed in machine learning, modeling, and simulation efforts.
- Assess the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment while contributing to shared development tools.
- Execute additional responsibilities as necessary.
- Strong command of C and Python programming languages.
- Excellent software design and architecture skills.
- Familiarity with remote sensor data exploitation techniques.
- Competence in building proof-of-concept tools for signal and image processing.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with C , Python, and Linux operating systems (educational qualifications may substitute for some experience).
- Proven experience with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other remote sensing data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.
