Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a positive, values-oriented culture across the firm.
- Lead and mentor a team of non-attorney staff, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and implement strategic initiatives that support business growth.
- Optimize firm-wide operations through the development of scalable systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards through effective risk management.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis in partnership with the CFO.
- Enhance interdepartmental communication to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the administration of workflows, case management, and virtual facility management.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards operational goals.
- Facilitate a positive experience for potential new clients through effective process management.

- At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a legal team of 10 or more employees.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources, encompassing recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proven experience in managing budgets exceeding $5 million.
- Experience in small to mid-sized organizations, emphasizing operational efficiency.
- Prior experience in remote-first work environments is advantageous.
