As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining product strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to clarify and evolve their product vision, steering them toward impactful strategies.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle, partnering closely with engineers and designers to prioritize, plan, and execute outstanding solutions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to advocate for effective and inventive solutions addressing business, technical, and product challenges.
- Lead product discovery sessions, recognizing risks, conducting user interviews, and gathering insights to improve user experiences.
- Partner with talented designers to develop prototypes and perform user testing to validate product decisions.
- Direct agile development processes and assist clients in appreciating the benefits of iterative methodologies.
- Deconstruct client objectives into actionable roadmaps, managing backlogs of user stories and ensuring timely software delivery.
- Organize and lead sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and other project activities.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing clear communications to both internal teams and clients.
- 4 years of proven experience in product management for B2C or B2B web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in defining and prioritizing product features.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for mentoring others.
- A collaborative approach to effectively work with engineers, designers, and clients in complex decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in agile/lean methodologies and with agile teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- A background in engineering or design is advantageous.
- Experience in FinTech or financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with business models, user acquisition strategies, and pricing strategy design is highly valued.

- Competitive base salary: \(120,000-\)155,000
