In the role of Product Manager, you will be integral in developing product strategies, ensuring superior quality outcomes, and enhancing client satisfaction. You will serve as the vital link between stakeholders and internal teams, aligning business objectives with innovative technology solutions to generate significant impact. This position offers a hybrid or flexible work arrangement, requiring proximity to our Providence, RI office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to refine and implement their product vision, steering them toward effective strategies.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, coordinating closely with engineers and designers to prioritize, plan, and deliver outstanding solutions.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to promote practical and inventive solutions across business, technical, and product challenges.
• Lead product discovery initiatives, identifying risks, conducting user interviews, and gathering insights to elevate user experiences.
• Partner with skilled designers to develop prototypes and execute user testing for product validation.
• Guide agile development processes and assist clients in understanding the benefits of iterative methodologies.
• Translate client objectives into actionable roadmaps, managing user stories and ensuring on-time software delivery.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups among project teams.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, providing consistent updates to both internal teams and clients.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in defining and prioritizing product features.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities, with a talent for mentoring others.
• A collaborative approach to working with engineers, designers, and clients in complex decision-making scenarios.
• Proven success in agile/lean methodologies and working within agile teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Background in engineering or design is advantageous.
• Experience in FinTech or financial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of business models, user acquisition strategies, and pricing strategy design is highly valued.

• Competitive base salary: \(120,000-\)155,000
• Performance-based end-of-year bonus
