As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in defining product strategies, delivering quality outcomes, and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to clarify and refine their product vision, steering them towards impactful strategies.
- Supervise the complete software development lifecycle, partnering closely with engineers and designers to prioritize, plan, and deliver outstanding solutions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to advocate for practical and innovative solutions across business, technical, and product challenges.
- Conduct product discovery engagements, identifying risks, conducting user interviews, and gathering insights to improve user experiences.
- Partner with skilled designers to create prototypes and conduct user testing to validate product decisions.
- Lead agile development processes and assist clients in recognizing the value of iterative, flexible methodologies.
- Decompose client objectives into actionable roadmaps, managing backlogs of user stories and ensuring prompt delivery of functional software.
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and other project operations.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing clear updates to both internal teams and clients.
- 4 years of experience in product management for B2C or B2B web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in defining and prioritizing product features.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a capacity to mentor others.
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with engineers, designers, and clients in intricate decision-making scenarios.
- Proven success in agile/lean methodologies and with agile teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Background in engineering or design is advantageous.
- Experience in FinTech or financial services is preferred.
- Understanding of business models, user acquisition strategies, and pricing strategy design is highly regarded.

- Competitive base salary: \(120,000-\)155,000
