Remote Project Manager - Lead Critical Initiatives

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to spearhead and manage activities associated with a pivotal task order. In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project execution, leading dynamic teams, and engaging closely with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors to facilitate Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors monthly.
• Lead initiatives aimed at transforming and consolidating systems to enhance efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards across all deliverables.
• Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to align with team and client objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active certification as a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP).
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven experience in working with quality assurance frameworks in comparable projects.
• Strong capability to manage diverse labor categories and skills to achieve project objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Practical experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing performance-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with systems serving extensive user bases and operational demands.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
