Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, ensuring optimal manpower utilization.
- Engage closely with government stakeholders and contractors to facilitate Agile methodologies.
- Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors monthly.
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at transforming and consolidating systems to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to align team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing projects of substantial size and complexity.
- Practical experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly to varied audiences.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of equivalent scale and complexity.
