Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the principal point of contact between the project team and the client, ensuring effective communication and outstanding performance.
  • Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, work plans, deliverables, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Cultivating a collaborative team culture, managing staffing requirements, and leading performance evaluations.
  • Providing strategic guidance on IT strategies, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies while implementing Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Managing program criteria, finances, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive project success.
  • Building and sustaining robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, including Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) and senior leadership.
  • Identifying and proposing solutions to complex challenges, steering the team towards achieving project objectives.
  • Assisting with operational tasks, including accounting functions and resolving discrepancies through detailed investigation.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proven experience in managing vendor deliverables and integrations.
  • Expertise in IT strategies, particularly in cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, IT-related fields, or an MBA in Business Administration.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 7 years in Agile frameworks.
  • Prior experience with HHS and/or AHRC projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading software development projects, including initiatives related to cybersecurity and cloud technology.
  • A track record of developing comprehensive work plans, schedules, and resource plans while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
