We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to spearhead and manage activities associated with a pivotal task order. In this capacity, you will ensure the effective execution of projects, lead dynamic teams, and engage closely with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Work collaboratively with government stakeholders and contractors to facilitate Agile methodologies.
- Direct the operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors on a monthly basis.
- Initiate and lead efforts to transform and consolidate systems, thereby enhancing efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
- Manage quality assurance processes to uphold superior standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to ensure alignment with team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Strong aptitude for managing diverse labor categories and skill sets to meet project objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to varied audiences.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Practical experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
- Proven success in managing performance-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with systems that cater to large user bases and their operational requirements.
- Established experience working within quality assurance frameworks for comparable projects.
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
